I agree Bisonoline. Firing people after every loss is ridiculous. The answer of course is working to improve. That’s why I loved pool. I wasn’t the best and lost a lot but as I worked at the game I always improved. By retirement I had memorable wins over some great players.

This is an opportunity to get better. These teams are better than FCS.. We got our guys in place. It’s our tesm. The srenghth of the Herd is the Bison. We win and lose together. Everybody works to improve.
