I do believe it will be Payton if he's healthy in spring ball. They do like what they have in Hayes, but it's hard to see Payton lose it before the regular season. I like his upside.

Yes. I remember when he said over on BV that "Trey Lance and Sproles would break all the NDSU passing and receiving records",
