ISU-R getting into the FBS before us is almost as insulting as Misery State.

How about Delaware? small population, no fan support at all....but East Coast, so maybe geography is an thing?

Delaware made some sense with the geography and the fact that Joe Flacco went there.

That counts for a lot apparently.
