NDSU is ranked 14 with 3 others right now. 14th with a lot of teams above them. I have heard Kansas as possible first round. They traditionally have good basketball.
More to my liking CBS says Iowa State

This has really been an exceptional year! I can’t remember NDSUs last tournament team. That great Woodside team was the first. The Bison were out of the Summit tournament early last year. They have looked good, and most importantly, like all well coached athletic teams have improved all season. By the look they are playing the best ball all season. Time for optimism is now!
Final pairings should be soon. Closest possible game St Lious.
I’m a casual fan and this has been fun. Too bad the Women ran into trouble, they played such a great tournament.

All the speculation is over. It’s Michigan State!
. FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State men's basketball team will be the No. 14 seed in the East Region for the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament, playing No. 3 seed Michigan State in Buffalo, N.Y., on Thursday, March 19.
The game will be broadcast on TNT, with tip set for approximately 4:05 p.m. ET / 3:05 p.m. CT, following No. 6 seed Louisville vs. No. 11 South Florida. The winners of the two games will meet in the second round on Saturday, March 21.
This is NDSU's sixth NCAA Tournament bid since 2009, and the Bison will be looking for their third victory in March Madness.

Bison Women in WBIT with home game vs Chattanooga!
NDSU joined Brigham Young, Utah and Texas A&M as the top four seeds in the WBIT, which were the last four teams not selected to the NCAA Tournament. The Bison (28-4) will host Chattanooga (20-10) on Thursday at Scheels Center. Start time and ticket information will be available at a later time. All first-round games for the WBIT will stream on ESPN+.

Battle of the Basketball budgets
Michigan State University. $21,009,970
North Dakota State University. $1,971,005
Can NDSU overcome a nearly 20 million dollar budget discrepancy? lol.
I’m not sure NDSU is in the correct basketball league.

I’m told Michigan States avg team vertical jump is 51 inches. 4 feet 3 inches!
Hope the Bison are hot from the field.

Exactly as experts predicted #3 Michigan State stormed past the Bison. After an early threat by the talented Bison squad MSU controlled the next 59 minutes. Although the final score overshadows the Bison performance MSU at time seemed bewildered and confused by the advanced offensive schemes. In the end the #3 nationally ranked Spartans held tough, played like future champions and won going away.
