Right now, as far as the FBS is concerned, NDSU represents the bottom of the barrel. I'm gonna disagree with that. They are consistently a mid level FBS quality team, and they do that with the disadvantage of fewer scholarships. They have outgrown the FCS and frankly ruin it for everyone else, year ...
